We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Tax Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and manage complex tax situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a tax manager, a deep understanding of the financial landscape, and a proven track record in delivering 100% review.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Tax Manager, your key responsibilities will include

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for our HNWIs, including federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Providing our clients with strategic tax planning and consulting, helping them navigate complex tax situations and minimize their tax liabilities.
• Conducting 100% review of all tax returns and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and acting as their trusted tax advisor.
• Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Keeping abreast of tax laws and regulations changes and advising clients on how these changes may impact their tax situation.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client service and identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Senior Tax Manager position will have

• At least three years of experience as a Tax Manager, preferably in the finance industry.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and a deep understanding of the unique tax challenges they face.
• A proven track record in conducting 100% review, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and understandably.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs before they arise.
