I can’t say I have an absolute favorite, as ALL your recipes were amazing and sooooooo goooood…..but if I was forced to really pick something, it would have to be the Chipotle Chicken Empanadas …..made them AGAIN for New Year’s Eve and they were gone in like 3 minutes I think…not kidding….burning hot out of the oven and gone!!! Thank you, Jen, always for the amazing photography and mouth watering recipes that you do. Blessed New Year to you and your husband…..

We loved the Honey Balsamic Beef and the Southwest Orzo Salad with Chipotle Honey Lime Vinaigrette! Also, it isn’t a 2017 recipe but we recently tried the Sheet Pan Chili Dijon Pork Tenderloin and it was absolutely incredible! Any chance for some Instant Pot recipes? I got one for Christmas and I am totally intimidated by it!!! Thanks for the great recipes and Happy New Year!

Hi Dani, thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I love all of those recipes too! It makes my heart so happy to hear others are enjoying my recipes! I don’t have plans for instant pot recipes as I don’t currently own one and like to post recipes that everyone can make but more and more people are getting them so that might change 🙂 A Bountiful Kitchen has some Instant Pot Recipes, but more importantly, at the bottom of the index, she has a “HOW TO USE” Post: http://abountifulkitchen.com/category/instant-pot-2/ I hope that’s helpful! Happy 2018!
