If I could genuinely rate this location a 10, I would! They deserve more than 5 stars. I’m very big on customer service//respect, it’s safe to say the ENTIRE crew gives top notch customer service and they all need to be recognized for it. I want to send a special shoutout to my guys, I don’t have favorites however they are the ones I mainly deal with majority of the time: Matt Phillips & Shaun Payne!! Any questions or concerns I have, they are very clear, to the point, don’t take shortcuts, and they genuinely CARE about their customers! I’ve been a customer of this locations for at least 5 years and it’s safe to say… I will forever come to this location as long as I’m in the state!! I HIGHLY recommend them any given day. The thought of tires gives me anxiety meanwhile the staff literally gives me a peace of mind WITH solutions! Major respect to EVERY employee here!

Mike is the BEST. I had to get a complete new set of tires and he was so helpful and made the process so easy. He was so patient with me and even stayed almost a whole hour after closing to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have never had a better experience at a tire shop. Thank you!!!!!!

They did a great job on my car. Michael Miller definitely took care of all of the cars needs and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on with it.

Highly recommend! Shaun and the boys at Big O took great care of me when I was there. I had a tire that needed patched and after 20-30 minutes, they had me back on the road. The store was in great shape. When it comes time to replace I know where I am going!

Absolute great experience. The service was quick, professional and friendly staff. I woke up to a flat tire, managed to make my way to their establishment and it was a quick easy fix from there. Not to mention this was all free of cost!! Thank you Big O Tires for great experience

the BEST place to get work done on your car. Ezra is absolutely amazing to work with (super friendly, thoroughly explains things, etc.) and they do the best work! they do it fast too! Couldn’t recommend enough

matt and sean were so amazing kind and helpful. will be coming back in the future. My car was even having issues and wouldn’t stop beeping and they didn’t even complain was a very safe environment. Specially, for w female. called over 20 tire shops and they had my tire the cheapest. thank you matt and shawn for the experience, we’ll see you again

I’ve had multiple tires repaired and replaced here. I’ve never had any issues and would recommend this place to anyone. My buddy Shaun was happy to answer all of my questions and break down everything for my understanding.

Absolutely the best and fastest service ever! Super friendly and helpful service. We drove over an hour for our college kid to get her tire fixed and they helped us tremendously!

I only had them put air in my tires. They happily did it. They didn't make me uncomfortable. I'll be back when I need tires
